Ki Concepts is a landscape architecture and planning firm established in 1973. In 2008 our company restructured, changing its name to Ki Concepts and renewing its design philosophy. The concept of “Ki” (pronounced “key”) embodies the qualities of balance, harmony, innovation, and deep appreciation for the spirit of place that we infuse into our work and the relationships we build through our practice. Based in Honolulu with an office on Hawai‘i Island, we provide landscape architecture, planning, design and management services for a wide range of projects throughout the state of Hawai‘i. Committed to our ‘aina and community, Ki Concepts integrates sustainable design strategies and practices that enhance natural systems, fulfill community needs, and celebrate Hawaii’s unique sense of place.
